This isn't a victory for President Trump. It's a victory for America

PO2 Harold Ashton was Trump present in the state on election day? Did he cast his absentee ballot IAW that State's laws? And did those laws comply with the state and national Constitutions? No, yes, and yes? Guess we got ourselves a legal ballot,.

There is a difference between voting absentee and voting by mail because you are too lazy to go to the polls.

Vote by mail should always be an available resource. But only as a final option, when no other method is available. Like, just as a for instance, national service outside the state of legal residence.

So the republicans are happy that less people can vote. Gives them a better chance of winning.

Now, what is going to be said if they turn around and do the same thing for Active Duty personnel or civilian/dependent that can’t vote in person?

How can less people vote? They just have to do it in person now (or apply for an exception).

And they can't do the same for military. Federal law requires absentee ballots be made available.

A1C Mike Allen - Keep in mind, this was the state Constitution, not the US.
Also, PA State Supreme court will have the final say.
