How many actually believe that those who are already getting compensation for those two conditions, that their compensation won't change? I don't believe that for a second.
Every condition mentioned in this article I'm rated for. Specifically with the tinnitus, I have zero hearing in my right ear and constant tinnitus from the last IED i hit in 2005. Zero rating for the hearing loss and yet that's the reason I was discharged. Deaf in one ear means I was non-deployable and therefore useless so they turned down my re-enlistment. What does the VA do? You get nothing for that, Dave. But we'll give you a little for the constant ringing you've had now for the past 17 years. Nevermind the headaches and dizziness that the ringing causes.
I have zero faith in the VA system.

Thanks for sharing this information MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D.. Good to know current disability ratings could be increased, but not decreased unless there is significant improvement in the condition.
