MAJ Roland McDonald if your immunity is appealed then your whole testimony is invalid because it would be considered bribery on the part of the state

MAJ Roland McDonald because offering immunity is essentially providing something of value for testimony... Which is illegal if the immunity is struck down

Cpl Benjamin Long yes if immunity is granted it still has to be approved by the presiding judge. Same with pleading to a lesser charge. And anything can be overturned in appeal.
