Thing is if you are going to be proficient with your hand gun you will need to shoot as well with your off hand as your strong one. That takes practice and lots of it.

I heard from some, it's useful to them.
Me, I just use what the firearm came with, No Up's, No Extra's", and shoot well with what I've got. I think that's Old School.
