SFC (Join to see) - People that live in Hollywood, can afford someone to drive them around. I don't think they worry about gas prices, the only ones worry are those that drive through the area.
Just like in the Nam, I was told after an air strike by Buff, infantry walked through the area, and the area had free swimming pools. No one waited around to see if there was another air strike, or if the holes in the ground filled up with water.
