Not a topic I ever considered. It saddens Me that someone died to bring this to light. Although not the case in this instance, to the people in the house a no knock is a home invasion. LE has to identify themselves. We do not have secret police, well we're not supposed to, in America.

I concur wholeheartedly, and yet I also regret the circumstances that led to this ruling.

I agree with the decision 100%. Just because the person in the house has a gun, it doesn't mean they're a threat to the officer.
It's always easy to Monday morning quarterback an officer's decision that's made in a second, citizens should still not have to fear being shot just because they're armed.
