EDITORIAL: Biden moves to stymie new charter schools

My point of view; I there was ever a union in need of cleaning up, it's the teacher's. There are tenured teachers sitting alone in rooms all day, still drawing a paycheck, after their peers have removed them from contact with children. They can't be fired. That's the abuse of union power.
