The scary thing about him, well one year thieves got away with $800 from me from PayPal before I caught up with them. Then it took over 6 months to resolve the issue and they never did get the perps. Every year since someone(s) tries to compromise my account and it's my detective work that squelches their efforts. I would be very careful before investing with a single individual.

Elon Musk will not join Twitter's board
Tesla CEO Elon Musk, who recently became Twitter's largest individual shareholder, has decided not to join the social media company's board.

Elon Musk turned down a seat on the Twitter Board because that would have capped his possible ownership of Twitter stock at 14.9% maximum per corporate rules. Yesterday he offered to buy all of Twitter for $41.3 Billion, which is a big premium over actual value. Following the Musk buy offer, the FTC and Dept of Justice immediately announced investigations of Musk's companies. This is clearly intended to delay Musk's possible acquisition of Twitter. If Musk were to gain control of Twitter, I believe that the public would then learn how much Twitter and other "Big Tech" companies have tilted the public discourse away from free speech and toward the left-wing agenda. And that is something the Democrats and Socialists will fight like scalded cats to stop.
