If there really was a fire then I'm guessing the same folks that taught the Russian Army armor tactics taught the Russian Navy fire control procedures. Somehow I believe the Ukrainians version

Regardless of the outcome of the war in the Ukraine, the Russian military will be hamstrung for years after this. I'm guessing at least a decade.

If it was an onboard ship fire, then this says a lot for the training of the Russian Navy and their procedures.
