Is Carrying a Gun Provocation to be Attacked

In GA one may carry open or concealed. I normally choose concealed, I don't wish to unnecessarily upset those that find firearm abhorrent, nor do I wish to tip my hand.

For what it’s worth…and I’m not saying I’m Batman by any means…many many of the people I see open carrying routinely and frequently put themselves in postures where it would be a matter of moments to relieve them of their firearm and make them a statistic. If you’re going to advertise it, you damn well better make sure you secure it

I don’t think open carry should be illegal…but I think it’s kind of stupid. Most of the people I’ve met who do it seem to do it more for ego/image.
