Know the laws where you live and where you carry, especially in other states with whom your state has reciprocity. Just because Georgia has a stand your ground law doesn't mean state, x y or z has the same law.

I have been faced with an intruder coming into my house. As soon as I saw him I immediately ran for my gun. I thank God he ran away before I armed myself, and that I did not have to shoot him. But since then I have never felt more safer, and content in the fact I had my own gun. One which, by the way, has more than 10 rounds per magazine. Those who would feel the need to challenge me on the need for a weapon, I have to ask, have you ever been faced with an intruder in your home in the middle of the night?
