MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D. - Somewhere...in that little small pocketbook Constitution hanging around here... I'm pretty sure there is a section that says colluding between a foreign nation by a State of these United States is prohibited... I'm thinking it also said something about an individual cannot collude either. Recon that would be a simple solution that would put and end to this shit right quick..
