PO1 William "Chip" Nagel jail time should have been given.
"Did the Texas Supreme Court reject a lawsuit to overturn the 2020 election?
In December 2020, the US supreme court unanimously rejected a baseless lawsuit filed by Paxton on behalf of Texas, seeking to overturn the 2020 presidential election result."

Okay so say the election in Texas is overturned, still not enough electoral votes to sway the election. We won't be able to undo the damage done by the current Administration these past 16 months. So let's continue to look forward, let's beat the pants off of the Dems in the midterms and in 2024.

Paxton wasn't suing to overturn the Texas results, which went to Trump, he sued to overturn the election results of other states, and filled the petition with false statements. That's actionable as a breech of professional ethics.
