Thanks for sharing. Since less than 10% of the population have ever served in the military far too many view Memorial Day just as the start of summer, a 3 day holiday, and a chance to have a backyard BBQ.

Such a shame that people take the military for granted and some, even still, look down on those who put on or have put on the uniform... Sad.

Memorial Day is a happy but somber day for me and the phrase “ They gave their tomorrow so we could have a today” . It is a debt that can’t be repaid.
