New Orleans has a unique, rich flavour to its culture that makes it one of the most impactful tourist destinations. When I was stationed in Columbus, Mississippi (thankfully, for only 5 months!), I made the 4 1/2 drive to New Orleans three times. A wonderful, memorable experience to enjoy!
