Thailand decriminalizes marijuana, but not the strong stuff

Ate some in brownies once, l didn't know until I was high. Plus my TS interview with the FBI I said I never took drugs (just once) but he couldn't believe that with me growing up in the 60s. The FBI agent asked me why and I said because drugs were too expensive and I was paying for school expenses. He kind of snickered a little but the test revealed I was not lying.
