Pre mid 90's, before all the Cali rejects moved up and started their 3 decades long (and still going) process of overinflating the Oregon housing market when they sold their homes in Cali for $$$$$ and bought up everything in sight in Oregon for $$. Unfortunately, they brought their politics with them and Oregon is suffering for it today.
