That owner doesn't appear to understand economics very well. The economy just added 372k jobs, and unemployment is at a 50-year low. The data show that lots of people are getting jobs and are working. People apparently just don't want to wait tables and wash dishes, probably because they are able to find better work. Of course, it may also be that he's just a bad businessman.
