GREAT Clip....
Here's One For Ya.... And I Just Heard About It About A Month Ago:
The Movie :The Great Escape" Was Based, As We Know, On An Actual Event,
BUT The Prisoners Were ALL British, NOT One American Was Even IN Their Camp.

The Great Escape: Harrowing Truth vs Hollywood Fiction

May 20, 2016 Colin Fraser, Guest Author. In 2006, a poll in the United Kingdom was done to determine which old family film TV viewers would want to watch in Christmas. Taking the number three spot overall, and number one for men, was the 1963 World War II epic The Great Escape.
Still beloved in the UK after many decades and despite the broad “Americanization” of the actual events the movie portrays, it is a truly classic war film crafted in the style of the age.
