Am I happy with this? No. Do I understand that dems packed $400 billion extra mandatory spending? Yes. Do these veterans care about that? Nope. Do I have a clue as to what Congress should do about this? Yep. Resubmit the bill as a stand-alone bill. Stop adding pet projects and other crap to it. Stop trying to be Robert Byrd.
