I'm a Democrat and here are 3 reasons why we'll hold the Senate in 2022

You are correct in saying overconfidence on the part of Republicans could cost them the opportunity to take a majority in both the House and Senate. Fortunately, a Republican majority in either or both houses of Congress will force a halt to a lot of the stupid stuff going on in the Legislature now--like raising taxes during a recession or spending more Government money most of which we have to borrow from our grandchildren.

I live in Illinois, a "blue" state because of Chicago, so my Republican vote counts for little, but you can bet I'm voting anyway. Our local Congressman is a Republican and I want to keep him. Also, I plan to vote against every Democrat in every race. Maybe the GOP will win one or two.

The republicans may have a fractured base in the primaries because you have Mike pence endorsing one person and president trump another but after The primary is, I am sure republicans will stay together while I see Democrats having too much infighting. Yes com on Maybe George Soros and his minions have money to fund these local campaigns but but let's stay strong. Remember, people thought president trump wasn't going to win. I didn't think he was going to win in 2016 and he did. So we needed to just keep up the the fight against democrats. They have stepped on their own Self inflicted landmines caused by bad bad economic management management of raising taxes during a recession and causing inflation on purpose just so we can all feel the pain equally. Democrats have shot themselves in the foot and we should keep reminding the voters that because It is the independent minority and female voters that are going to be the swing voters. The democrats have really pissed off the independent voter and that scares the heck out of them.

President Biden lies and so does his primary staff saying that it's all from Putin's price hike. Putinvaded on February 24th of 2021. President Biden and his lying scoundrels will say that the inflation started because of Putin even before his invasion of Ukraine.
