The controversial story of Hunter Biden’s laptop has been fully processed, cooked and digested as meme fodder on Instagram, featuring several large and dedicated accounts satirically celebrating and framing him as a kind of dystopian hero.
That meme creators embraced the storyline speaks to a shift in contemporary humor online and the sense of political disillusionment they’ve felt in recent years, three meme creators said in interviews. The posts are part of a larger movement online called “irony-posting,” a countercultural style of meme creation defined by levels of irony or by satire that in some cases satirizes itself.
For some of the meme creators, Hunter Biden has become an icon because of his polarizing and radioactive positioning as a news subject. The more coverage he gets — or doesn’t get — the more inspiration they receive for their memes, creators said.

I don't think too many people on the left care about Hunter Biden. He's a guy who is not in politics but comes from a powerful family. A guy who got addicted to drugs and likely did things that drugs addicts do. If he did something wrong, then the police should take the appropriate action. However, family members shouldn't be indicted simply because they have a drug addicted relative unless there is concrete evidence to do so.

I don't care one iota for that self-destructive jerk. As far as I am concerned he is a huge waste of the oxygen the rest of us breath. He has lived in the shadows doing unspeakable things to small children and women in general. He has even tried to molest his own nieces and nephews. Will somebody get me a rope and the locastion of a stout oak or pecan tree and let's just string this bastard up. This wasn't to strong a message was it...............?

SFC Jim Ruether - What evidence do you have the Hunter Biden did all those terrible things? I know there is evidence he abused drugs, but I have seen nothing supporting those other charges.

SGT (Join to see) - Part of it is that laptop is pretty much useless in a criminal court. They could use information on it to get leads to attempt to find other incriminating evidence, but the chain of custody on that laptop is so uncertain that I don't see how it wouldn't be thrown out.
