The first, Section 793, applies to gathering, losing or sharing with an unauthorized person information that relates to national defense. Sections 2071 and 1519 address concealing, destroying or removing documents."

In case anyone is wondering, Section 793 is part of the espionage section of USC that has to do with "Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information" but NOT the section under delivering such information to a foreign government.

LTC (Join to see) - Weird I'm not finding any public comments from any former attorneys general or assistant attorneys general. Do you have any sources for these alleged comments that said the FBI "overdid it. Kind of like killing an ant with a RPG."

I am tired about hearing about her emails, Benghazi, and now this. The two parties keep trying to be uglier than the other yet no one goes to jail. We spend millions and get no where. Going to get real ugly if one party manages to send the other to jail as these petulant children in DC do not know when to stop.
