IMHO through non release of information Garland did what is reported here, but also put an unnecessary target on the backs of the FBI and its agents for all the conspiracy theorists like the one who attempted to attack the Cincinnati FBI Office.
Trump has previously been targeted with several UNWARRENTED Investigations brought about by UNSUBSTANTIATED information (Steele Dossier to name one) where the person or persons who leaked the PHONY information were not brought to justice, only Cohan was. With great Fanfare they started the investigation, however, upon its conclusion that the information was unverifiable their was almost no reporting of it, partly die to Media Bias.

MSgt Dale Johnson ...Dale, I respect your right to your own opinion... however, I believe 45 was guilty in both Impeachments, Jan 6th, 2021 Insurrection, Emouluments violations, to name just a few. Whether others are brought to justice is a diversion tactic that I don't recognize. I would hope we could agree that 45 has put our democracy & Constitution in peril.

You can believe it but there was so much that was speculation and conjecture. Would you like to be charged on that basis, I don't. I just don't like the fact that they made such a fuss over something that was unproven and some of those who spread the misinformation were never held accountable. Jan 5th was another matter, IMHO he SHOULD have told the demonstrators to stand down at the outset.
Has he put our democracy in peril? Most likely, especially with the documents it is reported that he had at Mar a Lago, but as with all citizens in this country Innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, which is probably going to be pretty soon.
Has he put our democracy in peril? IMHO just his demeanor while running and in Office pitted Americans against others Americans by some of his hateful remarks. Many were warranted but many were not. This is the main reason I do not want to see him back in office, we need someone to bring the country together not divide us like the past few administrations. We need to "Make America Great Again" the right way, pulling together and making us the leader of Industries again.

I have to say, I'm impressed with Garland. I thought he appeared really passive during his screening process, but he's acquitted himself superbly in his role. Bravo!
