Three Accepted Practices That Need to Be Reconsidered

Ah, the 'exit interview'. I've heard alot about them, but have never actually participated in one nor do I know anyone who's done one. I think the leaving speaks for itself, and, if a supervisor and higher up have no clue why your leaving then that speaks volumes about hem and the business.

The only one of the 3 that I have received is the performance appraisal.

SFC (Join to see) A “Stay interview” could be a great tool, but it would be difficult to conduct and receive true input.
