Time to Turn Orwell Into Fiction Again

This is just.....creepy........depressing....... "1984" was never meant to be anything but fiction....as far as I know. It was never intended to be a "road map", or "training manual". I've been hearing people say for a while now, that they never thought they would see this happen in the U.S., or in their life time. This article has me thinking the same thing for the first time in my life. As the article says, DHS was only ever intended to prevent another 9/11. Not turn the USA into the new Nazi Germany, or USSR, or N. Korea, or communist China. And the irony is, is that liberals insist that it's conservatives who are fascist. I don't know about you, but I don't see conservatives trying to dictate to other people what they can, or can't say. I don't see conservatives doing their damnedest to erase American history, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc........

I can't help but wonder if "big brother" is watching us here on this web site.

It's terrifying when Biden Cabinet members actually propose limits on free speech so that only "approved" or "correct" narratives are allowed in public discourse.

This is a variant on the "We must follow the science" attempt to muzzle the public during the COVID 19 lockdown.

And they go on to propose that anyone who utters an "incorrect" statement must be imprisoned or otherwise prevented from speaking.

As I have noted before, the far-left loonie tunes progressives are trying to make it illegal to oppose their Globalist-Socialist agenda.
