These Ca. Politicians starting a program that they can never sustain are a danger to themselves and others, they need to be locked up a few days and be evaluated for mental health. They should not be in a position of responsibility. Using words like investment in this situation they are truly delusional; they have a break with reality.

California is already by far so deep in the red (compared to the other 49 States), what with their spending problem and their unfunded liabilities and entitlements, they'll have to beg the FED to print more of them Guv'mint phony dollars to pull this off. And we thought the last 5 years was the height of the California Taxpayer Exodus; we ain't seen nothing yet!
