When I went through my Military Police Basic Course/BOLC in 1997 come up we had 2 Saudi Arabian officers in our course and we had to give them kosher food because The meals rejected by Ethiopians had pork in it. LOL. We had a Salvadorian officer who fought the Civil War and he was assigned to me because I speak Spanish. The 2 Saudi Arabian officers were lazy as F. The salvadorian 1st lieutenant went on our road marches and was in shape.

SFC David Reid, M.S, PHR, SHRM-CP, DTM - I felt embarrased and having evil joy knowing these Officers ate Jewish prepared meals. i just saw them in a box or on a table. I was not the 2LT who handed it to them. I guess the Instructor/Captain in charge gave it to them. I was not there to see their reaction. We were in the field so they could not drive our HMMWV to Anniston and go to a Kabob Arab food location. SPC Gary C. SFC David Reid, M.S, PHR, SHRM-CP, DTM Lt Col Charlie Brown A1C Medrick "Rick" DeVaney Maj Robert Thornton This was in 1997 so I only have some memories of my training. I did not recall being there when it was handed to them.

LTC (Join to see) - .... Being USAF, We Just Don't Eat These Things Very Often. We Do, However, Prefer Our Gourmet Meals To Be Properly Served Or Catered-In By Professional Chefs With Qualified Staff..
OKAY, Now Seriously....I Believe I Had "C Rations" Once Or Twice, But Not Sure. But I DO Recall They're Not Being Bad At All; And The Cigarettes, Although Decades Old, Were Quite Fresh & Had Better Taste Than The Newer Ones Purchased Fromm The BX...
I Believe They Were Either Camels Or Pall Mall.

The peanut butter and the rock hard crackers were the only thing that were edible without Tabasco sauce, IMHO.

SGT (Join to see) - .....Perhaps The Peanut Butter Needed To Be Stirred To Blend In The Oils & Smooth It Out.. If All They Had To Stir It With Was A Deck Of Cards, It Was Probably Destroyed By a Trump. ...Definitely Not All Heart.
