This was also the same Justice department that said that the information that would be released or that would be reviewed would jeopardize national security yet the FBI keeps leaking information. The knuckleheads in the media and the Justice department don't realize that those special masters have top secret Clearence already.

We already have the FBI being used to go after parents who don't like School boards having debate on Marxist CRT And brainwashing kids about their gender identity when they can't even read their right yet .This is the same Justice department that won't prosecute those protesting in front of Supreme Court justices ( Doing so is a felony) so how can the FBI be trusted? This administration lies and purposely leaked stuff on a periodic basis so it stays within the new cycle. President Biden is a new president Nixon.

President trump is innocent until proven guilty not a found guilty until proven innocent.
This parody of the FBI is Is true today.

They will decide eventually but the FBI and department addresses are not being neutral and fair. They claim that the special master will jeopardize national security yet leaks are coming out every couple of days on privileged information that shouldn't have been taken from the trump residence. It was unrelated to the case but they put it in the media to try to shame him. This is done on purpose. President Biden says he knows nothing of it but he has been shown to be a pathlogical liar way worse than president trump.

..."The Justice Dept. and Trump's lawyers disagree over how the special master should work
The government would like the review process to finish by Oct. 12, while Trump's team says it may take 90 days. The government also does not believe the special master should review classified documents or adjudicate claims of executive privilege, which they have argued Trump has no claim over as a former president. The Justice Department would like to confer with Trump's team on whether materials are privileged before they go to the special master, but the Trump team would like items all items seized in the search submitted directly to the special master.

They also disagree on who bears the cost of the special master. The government proposed that Trump's team pay the expense of the special master's work since they requested it, while Trump's lawyers propose an even split.

It's not yet clear when the differences in the role of special master will be sorted, or when the special master would be selected. Both parties have until Monday to review each others' preferred candidates."
