LTC (Join to see) - Hillary didn't break any laws that were in place at the time she was SECSTATE. This was all investigated as part of the Benghazi hearings, one time she sat through 11 hours testifying and answered questions about it.

She violated State Dept policy yes. She was negligent yes. But the State Dept had a lax security program it seems and lots of people were mishandling and over classifying or wrongly classifying material. In reality, a lot of the agencies over classify things that don't need to be. But we all know lower level people get different consequences. Look at senior leaders in the Army who get away with DUIs, with DV, with all sexual assault, sexual harassment etc.
