To forge ahead with a program that was struck down by the courts is just plain wrong. Even if they are counting on an appeal they need to wait until it happens. That's the only fair and right thing to do.

Man...I have only utter disgust and disrespect directed towards Biden and his administration. They obviously feel they are above the law in every way.

PO1 Jeff Chandler - I'm pointing out the hypocritical nature of many of the very same people who said nothing, or even cheered, when Trump did this, but now seem alarmed whenever Biden does this. When that happens, it's really not about the policy decision. People are just trying to sway voters. They should just be candid, because the policy decision has nothing to do with it. It's all about pushing their brand, and it's blatantly obvious to see.
