It's crazy to think this actually happened. But the I remember the Sgt York AA platform, the Bradley when it first appeared, the M9 bayonet, and the USS Zumwalt's Advanced Gun System which has yet to fire a round.

Sir,Don’t forget the M16A1 we were issued in 1966 RVN a totally worthless piece of jamming crap hastily put into combat without proper field testing,and alibied for years by government contractors and lobbied politicians.
