Gardner’s alleged inaction in one criminal case culminated in Janae’s horrific injuries on Feb. 18, Bailey said. He points out that Daniel Riley, 21, the driver accused of causing the crash that hurt Janae, is an armed robbery suspect who remained free despite violating his house arrest order dozens of times.
Daniel Riley, 21, a suspect in an armed robbery and a St. Louis crash that left a Tennessee teen a double amputee, is shown in a mugshot released on Feb. 23, 2023. (St. Louis Police)
Thus, Riley “never should have been driving that car,” Bailey declared. He and other Missouri politicians called for the prosecutor to resign in the wake of the crash involving Riley and Janae.

This is happening in cities all around the country as these "leftist" prosecutors let criminals go free, downgrade felonies to misdemeanors and don't ask for bail...

Glad you added commentary to your quote Lt Col Charlie Brown. There seem to be some here who's sole contribution to the conversation is just quoting the exact same article that was posted.

However, according to her, all the attacks against Kim Gardner are racist and sexist.

I think every time someone disagrees with me I'm going to call them a Veternist for discrimination and their anti-military sentiments. And if they are a vet themselves, then that's just proof that they hate themselves as well.

Typical far-left tactics. People who commit violent crime or injure innocent victims don't deserve prison, they should be released immediately. And if you dare criticize a "woke" prosecutor like Kim Gardner who doesn't believe in prison for felons, then you must be a racist, because Kim Gardner is a woman of color, Ridiculous. Try living in one of the many "no bail" cities run by Democrat-Socialists and see how you like violent felons being quickly released back onto the streets to threaten the public. There is no deterrence if there is no punishment in the "justice" sytstem.

The prosecutor, and judges, have a lot to answer for.
