Funny routine. I've been called 3 times, every time I sit through an entire day and then, after reviewing my history and a few questions, the defense dismisses me. I guess "hang them" is not an appropriate response :), OK OK I didn't really say that

PO2 Marco Monsalve - That's brutal. Wonder if he wanted to expected you to impartial for or against. Might have been useful to have someone with your experience on that jury.

I had jury duty we were called down for a case, the judge asked if anyone knew the defendant I said yes . The judge asked me how do I know him. I responded professionally I’m a police officer, I was dismissed.

The first time I was ever called, I was in Germany, in the mid-80s.
I've been called once since living here, then the county cancelled it - this was before the pandemic - and I've heard nothing since.
