SCOTUS has looked at it once and sent it back to the 2nd Circuit. That's essentially telling the 2nd, They got it wrong, now fix it. "Shall not be infringed"

At 18 I understood exactly what I was swearing to defend and why as I gave my oath to join the Army. I can't even guess what these people find so difficult to understand.
