Good. They deserve to lose more than just the money. The district 'leaders' deserve to lose their jobs for violating his civil rights.

Pathetic! The school district has no money but that extorted thru homeowners taxes. Local homeowners will foot this bill. The district decision makers should be personally sued for denying 1st Amendment rights and violation of Title VII.

Completely agree! Too many times the politicians abuse their position and then shove the consequences off on the taxpayers.
Maybe there should be a law that you are personally held responsible for a percentage of all legal actions damages if you implemented or oversaw the policy. If it's more than one person, then it's spread between them.
