81 people have been charged with either possessing a deadly weapon in the Capitol, or assaulting a police officer with a deadly weapon at the Capitol. As for unlawful acts? About 500 people have been convicted of committing an unlawful act or acts on Jan. 6th. Ten have been convicted of Seditious Conspiracy, which is contained in Chapter 115 of Title 18. That chapter deals with treason, insurrection, and sedition, which are all criminal acts against the United States.

Capt Gregory Prickett - No, you didn't. If you read my post on ad hominem attacks, you'd find that they don't hurt me. Ad hominem attacks embarrass those who use them. And, I'm still waiting for your to respond to my response on your comment. Jan 6 wasn't an "insurgency" inspired by President Trump or anyone else. Yes, as I stipulated, there were law breakers, but a small minority. Most were lawful demonstrators. But you choose to ignore that and impugn my allegiance to the Constitution. That's an ad hominem attack; an emotional response with no appeal to reason.

Let me school you... "Ad hominem" means "to the man". It is when you case something as true or false based on who said it, not the merit of the statement. For example, if I said "Jack Durish is totally wrong because he is an idiot", that would be an Ad hominem attack and wrong. You are wrong because you are wrong and the facts do not support your statements like "without weapons" when, in fact, there were a lot of weapons.
No one has attacked you in that fashion. You are not wrong because you are an idiot, but it certainly doesn't help any.

CPT Jack Durish - Jack, you are posting information that is demonstrably false. Over 140 police officers were injured by your peaceful protesters, some to the point that they cannot work in law enforcement anymore. Second, I stated why I would not represent you, in factual terms, and without insulting you or calling you names. If you support the insurrection, to the point of denying it or apologizing for it, then your allegiance to your oath of office is impugned.

It doesn't surprise me that Trump has overtaken Biden with women and Independents. I think that women play a larger role with shopping and managing household finances. Naturally, they witness the economic impacts (inflation) because of the failed policies of Biden. Plus, I don't think women and independents take it too kindly when the current regime flat out lies about it.

CPT Jack Durish - IMHO, the idiocy of what this radical New York District Attorney has done to law and order, not only in New York but Country wide, shows that He is more concerned with creating chaos than in punishing criminals for crimes they have committed... The citizenry of our Nation is being assaulted with no ability to seek redress...
