So what are Mk214 and Mk216 decoy chaff rounds?
Mk214 (Seduction) and Mk216 (Distraction) decoy chaff rounds are types of countermeasures used in electronic warfare. These decoy chaff rounds are small, lightweight, and usually made of aluminum or a similar material that reflects radar signals. When deployed, they create a cloud of metallic fragments that reflect radar waves and create false targets, making it difficult for an enemy radar system to distinguish between the real target and the decoys.
The Mk214 chaff round is designed to mimic the radar signature of an aircraft, while the Mk216 chaff round is designed to create a larger and more complex cloud of decoys, which can distract and confuse enemy radar systems even more effectively.

The whiz wheel also has the ability to be calibrated or trued to a given weapon system based on observed POI (either muzzle velocity or BC can be trued)."...
