I don't know. If they were, in fact, egging on riotous behavior among members of the gallery, that's bad. On the other hand, members of legislatures can say what ever they want, no matter how vile, while on the floor of their House. I don't know the rules for decorum among that body. I'm pretty sure those rules will be a topic of discussion in the news and grocery store check out lines in the coming weeks around here.

Why is their conduct acceptable. It doesn't say much for the democratic party.

I view the entire incident as a distraction. My my, a "gun control" demonstration on the floor of the state's legislative body by three of its radical members. Are we supposed to forget that the perp was a psycho so confused of mind that she thought she ought to be a "he"? Of course, we are not to think of those 3 children victims, and the three seniors murdered as "Christians". Only the murderer has a valid claim to victimhood, because of her perversion.
