Ousted Tennessee lawmakers say move is ‘attempt to crucify democracy’

Two Tennessee state lawmakers who were expelled from the legislature after partaking in a gun control protest outside the chamber to which they were elected have called the move an unprecedented act of political retaliation as well as an “attempt to crucify democracy”.
During an interview with NBC’s Meet the Press on Easter Sunday, Justin Jones said his and Justin Pearson’s removals from the Tennessee house of representatives would “not go on unchallenged”.
“The Tennessee house Republicans’ attempt to crucify democracy has instead resurrected a movement led by young people to restore our democracy,” said Jones, who – like Pearson – is a Democrat.

But what would have happened if Republicans would have done this over pro-life? The media would not be so sympathetic and they would still be ejected from the chamber.
The media would be vilifying them as right-wing extremists while the left seems to make them as full Heroes.

The rules of the chamber were already in place and they knew what they were doing. Just because Democrats get away with felonies all the time thinking they could get away with it this time and so far they committed a breach of their Duty as a lawmaker based on the rules that we're probably codified over a hundred years ago. It's not about racism, it's about common sense.
I noticed all the democratic lawmakers or protesting every single shooting with gun control period with the transgender females who shot up the kids at the school comma they never say anything about her mental state comma they don't say anything about her manifesto that the media knows about and the FBI has period they never talk aiming about mental health. Every time there's a killing, they never talk about the shooter, it's always the weapon!
And the left and the media say if you bring up the transgender person you're a bigot! If you're a female complaining about transgender people beating you and swimming or other sports, the left wants to attack you! Look at what happened to the protesting female who had a speech over at San Francisco State university, the lgbtq transgender Community were hitting her and the campus police had to barricade her into a room and she wasn't able to leave the campus until midnight because of transgender rage.
Nobody wants to talk about the shooter but they want to focus on the weapon and now the radical legislators broke the rules and they get punished and then they claim victim and racism!

Gaines, 23, was forced to barricade inside a room for three hours at the San Francisco State University campus last night after a group of activists ambushed her. The school claimed it was 'peaceful.'
