Have to wait on the decision, but it looks good for plaintiffs. No matter which way it goes there will be appeals, and it won't be over until SCOTUS has a say, because the controll freaks are not going to give up.

Always remember, the US government, through the Civilian Marksmanship Program, determined semi-automatic weapons were deemed legal and fine for private ownership when they allowed the remanufacture and sale of M1 Garands and M1 carbines.
