It's subjective. In His discussion of pros and cons the Author mentions sourcing ammo. Personally, I've never had a prob finding .38 rounds. They might be more expensive, I'm OK with that.

The older I become the more I appreciate less recoil. Good article.

Neither one's a great cartridge but in a pinch, I'd take either one.

I have a AirLite 357PD; I ca no longer shoot it in 357. Only five rounds thought I'd carry it as BUG but never have.
