If the bans are upheld by this district court it wwill simply got to the Supreme Court.

Speaking of courts, the governor announced the appointment of Breean Beggs to the Spokane County Superior Court. He is currently the city council president and has done his best to drain the city's treasury by giving millions to finance homeless shelters run by either those under scrutiny for fraud and embezzlement or those who have gone through the system. But he supports the governor and I guess that's all that matters.
