SGT (Join to see) Every presidential candidate makes campaign promises they NEVER intend to keep! That's politics. When deciding who to vote for (it's based on the candidate, not the party) I discount 90% of what they say as bullcrap.

Thanks for this timely and relevant share. Please post the one for Obama's administration as well so that we can get a true sense of how the duopoly is just so much hot air when it comes to offering constituents anything other than the same old crap with a different label pasted on it. Both presidents promised "hope and change" in their campaigns, yet offered little to nothing of either.
At least Biden kept his private campaign promise to his big money donors in that "nothing will substantially change with a Biden presidency" - so long as you don't count the Maoist cultural revolution with American features which his agencies are spearheading.

Remember that make America great again was a positive statement by President Clinton and he believed in lowering taxes, the carry our borders and doing many things that Republicans do today and just the opposite of what Democrats don't do today. President Clinton would be a moderate Republican today but today's Democrats are left of Lenin and you wonder why President Biden has the worst rating ever even below president Trump? MSG Billy Brumfield - I'm pretty sure his post was a critique of the folly of pursuing "equity" as opposed to "equality." As you point out, personal choices matter and make all the difference in outcomes. Thus, pursuing "equity" does nothing more than destroy the potential of the individuals upon whom you enforce it and, figuratively speaking, removes all of the vibrance of life in the process.
