I hate to say it Brother Dale, but when you mix Men and Women close together, Sex assaults happen. Oh, will we ever learn? I think a lot of Men have a problem in that respect. And if you are high ranking, I think it's a power thing. Call me silly, but there you go.

You have to think of this in combat terms: as fratricide. And intentional, not accidental. It's "Blue on Blue." One member of our team is harming another teammate - male or female. It may be inevitable, but it's also unacceptable!
