With the current configuration of the Legislative Branch, It's a pipe dream. Not all speech is protected. Any case that went to trial would get bogged in minutiae. Hats off to Rep. Bishop for making a statement. Everybody has a right to their own opinion, but everybody's opinion does not have a right to be heard. I'm probably going to get a lot of negative from this. Oh, well.
