Drive me nuts when i hear Trump supporters cry 1st Amendment. It isn't his speech that is on trial. It is his and multiple co-conspirators actions to inject fake electors into Congress to disrupt the electoral college voting process that is under trial. A fake elector is like a fake or illegal vote which is a crime.
