Former federal judge says Trump’s ‘unprecedented’ attacks on judges could ‘imperil’ his case

Luttig referenced Trump’s social media posts about Judge Tanya Chutkan, who is overseeing his federal case related to his efforts to remain in power after his 2020 election loss to President Biden.
Trump faced heavy criticism after posting ominous messages on his Truth Social platform following his third federal indictment earlier this month. He was charged with four federal counts alleging he attempted to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
“IF YOU GO AFTER ME, I’M COMING AFTER YOU!” he wrote at the time, a sentiment he later defended as free speech.
The comments prompted the Justice Department to request a protective order for Chutkan, which she entered last week.

The hypocrisy is stunning. Democrats have been relentless on attacking judges on the Supreme Court as illegitimate, and corrupt etc. Now liberals are concerned about attacks on Judges? Take your phony concerns and bugger off!

So true about his threat about unleashing the world wind Justice Kavanaugh. As we have seen with the Biden crime family, they tell us to pay our fair share but then they don't report 20 million dollars in money that they received from various governments that are pushing the green New Deal and other agendas. President Trump is in a world of hurt but it's being done by Design by a justice system that gives Republicans an unfair disadvantage while democratic bless off and get misdemeanors to the son of President Biden. They almost got away with giving Hunter Biden a blanket amnesty showing that the prosecution and the defense are the same bed together. Thank goodness a federal judge called the Bravo Sierra and saw the unscrupulous plea deal and threw it out.

This is not about Democrats. Luttig is a conservative. President George H. W. Bush nominated Luttig to fill a newly created seat on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
