"Marion County Attorney Joel Ensley said in a separate statement that "insufficient evidence exists to establish a legally sufficient nexus" between the alleged crime and the items seized. A probable cause affidavit supporting the warrant was apparently filed but was not made public. The seized items will be returned to the paper."
