IMHO if varying jurisdictions and/or cities were allowed to set their own restrictions how would anyone know what to expect as they travelled across the state? The Gun Grabbers still have not observed or learned the fact that the Criminals by nature do not obey Laws, There are plenty on the books IF the Attorney Generals would Prosecute them instead of trying to rehab the criminals who break the law.
